Cold Boost with white peach and lemon
Cold herbal teas: not a trend, but a new lifestyle. Care, freshness and well-being are acquiring new spaces in this new dimension of slow, caffeine-free living.
What could be more thirst-quenching than a cold herbal tea flavored with fresh seasonal fruit? Herbal tea is not only a winter rite, concluding a gloomy Sunday, but it is a corroborating ally all year round. Here is a recipe for a cold herbal tea with Remedium no.2 – Boost.
- 1 peach
- 2 sachets of Remedium n.2 – Boost
- 1 lemon
Prepare the Boost by letting it brew 10/20 minutes in a liter of water, waiting for it to cool. Leave the white peach in pieces for at least two hours to rest together with the juice of half a lemon and its peel.
Add ice and enjoy your herbal tea!
If you want a more sweetened cold herbal tea, we recommend adding two teaspoons of honey per liter before letting it cool.
