For us at Wilden.herbals there is no better time of the year to do research: we have experimented with different water temperatures and different infusion durations and finally we can share with you the perfect recipe for cold herbal tea (on this topic you can already find an in-depth analysis here). One thing we have learned and that applies to all our Remedia: flavored waters start to get interesting after 6 hours of cold infusion. But it only after 12 to 24 hours that they give their best in terms of aromas and tastes.

The perfect recipe for cold herbal tea with Remedium n. 2 – Boost exists! Much is due to the perfect balance between the ingredients: echinacea, laurel, elderberry and turmeric the ingredients that give you all the well-being you are looking for. How to prepare a cold herbal tea: the recipe for our Remedium n. 2 – Boost

Did you know that? There is no single recipe to prepare a cold herbal tea with this Remedium, but 3 very different methods:

Recipe with a hot infusion which is then cooled

  1. mix 50 ml of hot water at 95 ° with another 200 ml of cold water after 7 minutes of hot infusion;
  2. add another 250 ml of cold water after 4 hours of infusion;
  3. keep it in the fridge without a filter for 2/3 days.

Recipe with a cold infusion using water at room temperature:

  1. use 250 ml of water at room temperature;
  2. it’s ready to drink after 6/8 hours of infusion;
  3. keep it in the fridge after 30 minutes of infusion, without the filter for max. 2/3 days.

Recipe with a cold infusion using cold water:

  1. use 250 ml of still water at 4-6°;
  2. it’s ready to drink after 6/8 hours of infusion;
  3. store in fridge for up to 2 days with the filter.
