- Sage and lemon gin
- Alpestre liquor
- Chamomile bitter
- Fresh ginger
Take a shaker, cut some ginger into slices and crush it with a muddler; then add 60 ml of digestive herbal tea, 10 ml of Alpestre liquor, 30 ml of cognac, 15 ml of sage&lemon gin, 10 ml of sugar syrup and then 10 ml of lemon. Shake and strain. Pour into the glass filled with ice and serve.
