A honey with a strong personality with a taste reminiscent of pain d’épices and gomasio (salt with sesame seeds). From its aromatic bouquet emerges a light smoky note and a fresher final tip of cedar peel and coconut milk. There is a refreshing and persistent citrus note that highlights a perfect balance between sweet and salty.
How to use it
It goes well with egg-based recipes or fried food. In the kitchen, it is particularly suitable for a spicy marinade of grilled meats, or together with vinegar and spices in a chimichurri (a sauce with parsley, oregano, garlic and chilli) to flavor the asado.
It is also good in the cooking juices of wild game and red meat.
